OK... the downside potential has been pointed out.
Sideways potential... sometimes Penny stocks can trade between 0.028 to 0.031...  will this be the case here... don't know.
Upside potential... stock did not close under 0.028 ...that's a positive. A close dead on 0.031 would be a good start.
Management need to start kicking Butt.
Maybe a change of name and direction could help.

A positive for anyone who holds this stock... a close on 0.028 is better than a close under 0.027
