    Sorry Hat, but I am a bit of a sceptic of Technicals in a stock with this small a free float. Its too illiquid for the normal parameters to apply. I hope it is about to move, but because they are drilling into Gas bearing rock. Not because of Technical action.
    Either way, Up makes me happy.
