    I would add one further comment.

    Price yesterday and Friday was able to slice up on reasonable spread, even beating the 20SMA, on extremely low volume.

    This suggests supply has well and truly dried up such that, all other things being equal (i.e. fundamentals not dramatically changing), price is now ready for the next leg up.
