the jv was due to be complteed 30/11/03 but it owing to unresolved issues(?) it will not proceed
h'mm... me think some tim shareholders will be looking for paracheuts or where the exit doors aregiven the current mkt depth
meanwhile..... fcl have opted for a 7% stake(3m shares) costing$1.5m in wba @50c representing near on 20 % discount to current webster(wba) price
