Yeh..not very wise for a wisewowl
The chart is in a consolidation range and has been for a while between 2.7c and 4c. It was breaking out above the range but then they announced the CR and SPP. This CR, and especially the SPP because it takes so long, has kept price at the lower end of that range. With the SPP now done next week I would expect to see price pushing up to the middle of the range again. 2m of today's volume was a seller at 2.8c
