Noticed that too on the weekly chart. Monthly is looking slightly overbought, and the break through that long-term down trend doesn't have as much volume, and hasn't gone as far as it looks like on the weekly.
Next stop 0.06, pull-back, 0.10, pull back-back (over the next 6 months), is my crystal ball prediction.
