relative strength will reset in another week or 2

but mcap is growing so takes more to ramp up price

sideways/downward accumulation for a few weeks?

the more accumulation that takes place now in the future good news might not lift the ship up immediately

people will be wondering how many good new announcements it will take to see movement

(in the short term we could see movement based on value rather than news)

all those who accumulated during 2019 have kept their proverbial foot on the throat of the price for the last few months

having said this the combo of satisfied long term investors looking to reenter and a raft of new investors could kick us up into 8c territory
