@doryThe shakeout was deeper than anyone thought but it looks like anyone who was nervous with a profit were shaken out. Volume is decreasing at the lower levels of 12.-13c and it looks like the 13.5 and 14c line will be broken soon.
12 weeks ago it was 22-23c solidly (before the major shareholder sold in an unsophisticated manner) and this looks like it caused a few new placement people to panic and also panicked some older holders - at that time RSH was cum raise and had $1.5m in the bank - now they have the runway to kickstart the business and this new product over the next 12-24months, it’s amazing some people are more worried now than before... it will climb the wall of worry with decent traction that will be progressively rolled out imho - many should remind themselves it’s not a drilling company with overnight binary results. The progress will be determined over a much longer period and pivots etc with marketing and business development are the norm.
These prices won’t last long here imho. As per usual in markets, when this price turns higher the people on the sidelines will start to get confidence to get back onboard.
I think we are in the cusp of breaking dory’s downtrend. I hope some of you get some cheapies at a 30-35% discount to the $12.5m raised at 20c..
