I have a general question for the chartists please.
When choosing to buy into a stock, how much research goes into the company itself (i.e. management/product/competition/outlook etc)? Do you attach yourself to the company then follow the chart, or is it the chart that makes you buy in the first place?
Thanks - just curious. It’s a dark art I’ve never understood.
