    I never ignored the announcement. Where did I say that? Plus, I didn't know an announcement was coming.

    When I made the call at .03 it move fast to .035, My target was set at .037, so after the announcement, it gained less than when I made the call. Go figure.

    Announcements work in three ways.

    1. Price moves higher.
    2. Price is already factored into the announcement and drops.
    3. Nothing happens and everyone wonders why.
