Desending Triangle at .08 support. Break of .08 will open up .071. Suspect .08 will hold. Current sell down on small volume. today looks like some impatient seller or someone shaking the tree. All recent news is extremely positive.
Technicals. Price trading below all major moving averages.
Heathcare etf XLV pecked in 4/12/2018. Sector analysis shows healthcare was gained 2.72% 6months ago, then 3 months ago it was down 1.62% and now it is picking up again this month to 3.02%.

1 month low .08. 2 month low .08 6 month low .062.
All this tells me to buy weakness.
