I'm thinking 7.5c but 8c is even better as it gives more confirmation but honestly, if it wasn’t for the US markets going backwards the past few weeks I think it would have already pushed through don’t you think? Given the Marco Volitility of global markets, RSH has showed some noteworthy relative strength..
