If they expand to Europe or America, then the PE might go up. But the likes of APT are at crazy valuations because they have shown rocketing growth too. RSH doesnt have that yet, not probably will they ever as they have to manufacture a product too. Hence why manufacturers rarely get the exuberance of a scalable tech play. Dont get me wrong, RSH potentially has a great future (why I looked as US numbers and the upside). But to get to a point of 10% of the US market, there is a long road yet to go down of ramping up production and improving sales.
But lets use your example for the short term. If we use a 40 PE. Then how fast can we get to 50k units sold?
