RSH came to my attention when it broke above its 52 week high on 12/2. Momentum is heading up and the ultra-high volume Close of 6.4c on 2/2 has provided good short term support. The next impulse move on a Close above 7.3c should see a first target of around 10c. If it can get above 12c it could have a clear run up to the 22c level, I think. I'll be waiting for confirmation of the start of the next move up, i.e. a Close on good volume over 7.3c.
