Look, I just don't understand the "bargain" you are talking about. If the oppies are exercised @ $0.02, then you simply add 2c to the oppy price to see whether you are in the money.
If VIC is $0.014, then the oppies are only in the money at $0.035? Surely at the moment, if you sold heads to buy oppies, you would be seriously underwater?
