From my limited analysis, most stocks I've watched move up in the Jan-Mar period of the year, but then could fall back down as the year goes on. I think market sentiment is higher at the start of the calendar year (not sure why). We may see big gains in Jan-Mar, which might be the time to sell before market sentiment changes.
