    1) Bullish Divergence 4HR chart indicates reversal

    2) Moving average cross on daily chart indicates buy signal

    3) Although corrective pattern has not retraced to wave 4 (~$0.10)of previous degree it does look complete (landed .5 fib of entire structure) > unless proven to continue with flat correction


    Bullish.


    Invalidation would be a dip below $0.16 before close above $0.22
