The Pivacs know what they have and they want to take it to it’s full potential , nothing wrong with that , hell Amazon might be selling them in the future who knows , All this dilution, SP talk blah blah blah is just scare tactics . There is the buisness side of it “the stock market” and there is the real deal “FBR Ltd” now ask yourself what have they achieved so far and are they geared up to take this globally ?? Have they done anything wrong , apart from not doing things like some would have liked ? What is the potential of their DST and has everything been derisked ? IMHO they will be the pioneers that will go down in history for bringing construction robotics to the outside environment ! Yes some of you will say this is up ramping , but I’m not using SP , dilution, ect ect I’m just simply looking at the company it’s achievments to date and it’s management team , and thus far they have a real chance of success ! Do some of you really know what’s involved in what has been achieved to date ? If you did I’m sure there would be no whining . This is not directed at anyone this is just stating facts . I’ll say again what they achieved in 3 years from a shed in Lesmurdie to date , is nothing but extraordinary in today’s climate including red tape ,technical and legal jargon . Well done guys ! And there it is......the higher the share price the better even if things go sour.
A higher share price also guards against a hostile takeover.......ask yourself. how much does someone have to pay to do a hostile take over at 40 cents compared to 20 cents? Twice as much.....therefore less people will try for the hostile take over the higher the share price goes.
I'm not arguing against the performance shares.....but I am saying that in my opinion the announcement was rushed not done very well and not done in the best interested of all share holders.
