My financial advisor (crook) originally got me into QBE around 2008, ignoring the dogs barking and GFC. Everything he bought on my other clients behalf immediately went into freefall. I won't bore you the details, I'd rather be grateful for managing not to loss my house, under his neglectful and criminal management.
I'm happy to report, I've had some wins the last couple of years on long term spec stocks that eventually came good, rare earths and energy. Also have held an Australian made and developed cancer treatment from a tropical fruit in Far North Qld.. Already successfully used globally in veterinary cancer treatment with very good results, now in human trials. So far it's a 5 bagger, I plan to sell when its around a 10, although planning to take some low hanging fruit in the meantime, to buck my unsuccessful trend of holding for too long.
Getting back to QBE, do you think it will get to $20 later in the year? Or do you think that is too optimistic?
