On the Fundamentals, they have not changed if anything they have improved. The Uranium & Copper deposits are still in-place and their price continues to move upwards. (See below) This upward price movement in these resources increases the in-ground value of BLR's assets and in turn and in time the SP of BLR.
All we can do now is wait.
