IMO the best strategy for holders is to:
1. Possibly buy some more now (if you have the funds and the stomach for it)
2. Participate in the CR at 2c (if you have the funds)
3. Hold for the next announcement/run they either exit or cover your downside with a stop loss.

Before the announcement my average was 3.5c, I purchased more shares at 2.6c and now my average is 3.34c, after the capital raising my average will be 3.11c.

Everyone's strategy and circumstances are different so DYOR.
