The cap raise price is double where we were a month ago. Anybody who knows the market understands that at the spec end, capital raisings are common. Anybody who understands the current fiscal climate will appreciate that money is hard to come by atm. Anyone who understands this deal can see the reward for current shareholders. Lastly, anyone experienced on HC can easily spot a serial downramper as one who wants the price to go lower to a) average down or b) buy in at a lower price
