Here's a stock market lesson for you big mouth
When a Director buys or sells, they have to notify the market...When a substantial holder buys or sells, they have to inform the market ( depending on the % of the buy or sell)...So no genius...i don't know that a manager has to inform the market because it's a rule that doesn't exist.
You know that old saying about keeping quiet and letting people think you're a fool rather than saying something and confirming it?
