The agreement is not yet in public. Its clearly not coming from our accounts and importantly not listed as a future liability for us. The detail of the agreement I assume is like many others that Thermo Fisher has with gold mine products they want for themselves pending commercialization. The link I put to a 2017 release by Thermo Fisher on this thread I think it indicates exactly were we are today.

Off topic The 150+ odd day traders jumping in today on the US patented are probably the ones bailing as well. <60 days seems like tomorrow for me. Many people have been on the register a lot longer than me- for them 60 days will be a very happy blink I think.
