Yep, Exaclty what I was referrring to Davy. When they moved from feasability into development I don't think there was even an announcement about it. That was actually a great step forward that hardly raised an eyebrow because of the way it was reported.
I have no problem with delays either, I have a problem with not updating the market about the delay in a timely fashion. I'm comfortbale with my holding and would buy more if my portfolio could handle more risk. It doesn't make the wait any easier.
