Puss, i would be disappointed if credit committee approval dosent meet the Oct 31 deadline as RES management have turned up the heat on em with the alternative option. Board approval of the financier then occurs which you would imagine during Nov. Qtrly also due which they may hold out to Oct 31 if they're obtaining the signoff. Please, this time. GL LT's
