I'm pretty limited in my chart knowledge but it doesn't look like a cup and handle to me. Not a flat enough bottom and your peaks aren't aligned..... and I was told by a good chartist that they only occur in an uptrend. I'd prefer to see the little gap closed and then reassess. Seriously, it's time for them to show their hand with HCV and China. Perhaps finding the HBV lead compound can be the catalyst, as I think the same mob might take on the preclinical. Just musing........
