Wave 5 could be ready with target price 27.5 only if it follows the EW rule: Wave 3 cannot be the shortest of the three impulse waves, namely waves 1, 3 and 5. As W1 is greater than W3, W5 could run by max 7.5, although Pennant gives a rise by 14. IMO. PENNANT and EW are both observed! Miracle....
