My theory only i am only guessing but the conference ended today, it is 7.30 PM in Miami at present who knows maybe it went down extremely well all of our so found PHD experts thought the results were a dud when actually they weren't to the people who actually know what they are doing.
The line wipes at the moment are crazy and someone is buying big here
Also people have now converted their oppies and underwriters achieved what they needed yesterday to flush out the weak hands
GLTAH DYOR and its about to hit 16C as i type this.
