If you use the cup and handle, or inverted head and shoulders, it would imply the potential to touch 20c.
Fundamentally, it would appear “buy the rumour sell the news” might be in action, with news from the FDA potentially due in the next few weeks.
Good volume with some big single holder buys recently, with stronger sellers willing to wait for their price to be met, makes this action a bit different to other moves.
AEF, could of course, just dump into the buy and end all momentum. So nothing is a sure thing.
