I think 36 cents is the target if 25 cents is broken.. Price action tells me this run is not over, but levels as big as 25 cents don't grow on trees.
IONS is an interesting subject, been so uninvolved for the twenty years I've been following, IONS was so quick to dilute themselves to no position in the stock, they have a profit share agreement in place , so maybe don't need an equity stake here, but IONS with a mkt cap of USD 8.5 bn is still a small cap by US standards , maybe need to re assess how they do things as per recent articles .
