Any CR at 18cents would be stupid imv. They would totally saturate the shares on offer in order to achieve maximum dollars and $18 million is no where near enough money
$18 million would only keep paying wages and very little advancement to the ultimate goal.
Wait for news (plenty to come) and maximise any CR through SP gains or pending the news could bring in some significant $ from interested parties.
