Sure Sam, but if Insto's thought that the CR would be at 40 cents, surely they would be buying up big time now and not even bothering to participate in a CR (in which case where are the funds coming from?) I believe we are being capped at 20 cents for a reason.

Ok, so if there is no CR before the next major announcements it proves that the board is confident about our future prospects and we no longer need to pander to the insto's demands. (maybe they already know that a partnership deal is imminent), but if the CR comes first, you know they gave in and due diligence on a partnership fell through... For the record I am hoping for the former as opposed to the latter scenario.
