The other thing is that ANP is cum-raise. They will need 20m for the trial which is well telegraphed & everyone knows about it. However they were probably expecting a large SP appreciation in to mid year to do a CR around 20-30.

Now its drifting lower & they still need the CR to launch the trial this year

Longer it is left unfunded, lower it drifts as the CR is ever closer
