Shares are being tightly held. Pushed 10% today and only 1.5M changing hands. Funds will have to go to 25 cents to see any real volume, but if we see an announcement soon then they will have to take it to 30 cents. Not a time to be waiting on the sidelines, very doubtful it will go below 20 cents now...
