I don't see the need for concern. This is trading on hardly any volume and when you invest in micro caps in general they obviously aren't as liquid as the larger stocks so the vast majority of those buy/sell walls will just disappear as you trade into them so the share price can easily fluctuate day-to-day. Just look what happened after the announcement in late May regarding the progress report of the FDA minutes release, the price went down to $0.165 before rebounding. Thank the traders for that..
This stock is simply trading at a range right now until the market has more concrete information regarding funding, validation, indications etc.
