Regarding endpoints, and this is probably why there isn’t significant institutional interest - the P2 trial only had 9 participants didn’t it? I ask genuinely because I might have bad intel. If that is correct, then there is a material risk of those results not being replicated over say 100/200 participants. Also adding in combination therapies etc further adds to the risk. We are not over the finish line yet, but definitely showing real promise.
