We only needed 9 boys to prove Atl1102 was safe and tolerable.. but to our surprise it went beyond hat proving efficacy..
Our next study is with a higher dose... 107 boys...and 12 months dosing ... not forgetting placebo
We do have institutional interest in Platinum... more Institutional interest will come once we get Fast track and the Ok from EMA...
Dmd trial in Melbourne included combination therapy with steroids...(proven)
.Results can be replicated because The Non ambulant boys will all be vetted to be the same as the previous trial...
