As regards to joking, I would remind you that when it comes to slander, any posts like that could be taken as accusations of criminality and saying it was a joke would not be a defence that would stand up in court.... notwithstanding it is a clear breach of HC rules and could lead to somebody reporting such a post to the moderators. Moderated posts are still made available to interested legal representatives.
