I can agree with that. But they have talked up the non dilutive funding for awhile. I guess its no different to building a house get the plans done, get a cost, go to the bank and get the money, then build the thing. It's been a long long wait for some of us and starting to get a bit edgy that somethings going to come from left field and scuttle us.
