So if Wilsons and Morgans are so confident with their 12 months targets, why are they not mopping up everything under 20 cents? Price action looks like it is being capped at 20 cents.. so does that mean a CR at 20% discount to the 14 day average VWAP with all the usual snouts back in the trough? It would be interesting to see what Platinum are currently holding? Have they been selling down? Are they back in for another round of cheapies?
