The news will be a fundamental milestone to a major rerate...especially if Sarepta's recent CR is related to ANP licensing deal.
One other thing:
+45% of stock is owned by the Top 40.
I suspect building decent positions is not going to be easy.
Any 'sell down' will be gobbled up fast.
