@samfiodiving On your point Sam of the minimum deal you would be happy with… that is the mediocre deal I was referring to.. $200m upfront. A good deal is double that and half the equity. The equity point may be the sticking point in negotiations.. you get equity if its a great deal.. I believe Roche got about 4.5% of Sarepta equity.. any more than 8% of the company is a blocking stake and can limit longer term potential upside.
