I'm actually quite curious as to what you guys imagine happening with the potential PRV, if there is indeed a deal waiting?

In my limited (hence querying) experience, these are usually designated to be sold and the proceeds split evenly, but I've only seen this in deals where the big-fish is taking complete rights for drug A in region X. I don't imagine us doing a deal like that with ATL1102 UNLESS IT'S ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE, because mgmt know that we're potentially sitting on a platform drug?

i.e. A deal would more likely be centred around ATL1102, specifically for the treatment of DMD, in regions x and y?

Not sure if that might change anything with respect to the usual "split the proceeds from the sale of the PRV" line?

p.s. Tangentially, it could be quite interesting if [select-your-partner] runs the trial and we get access to the data for ROW. Apparently Asia (particularly Japan) is emerging as a profitable rare disease market. I assume we'd all like to see Aussie boys benefit from ATL1102 ASAP too

Apologies, I'm coming off the back of a >48h migraine so some of that read even worse than usual haha

Obviously the PRV is with the FDA, so I'm assuming the US is region x in the above - should have just said that US+EU rather than "regions x and y" etc etc

p.s. I started chuckling to myself while typing this as it struck me that migraines are probably an inflammatory disorder. Not sure if it's the weird euphoria that I get when they are passing, or if there's some genuinely amusing irony there
