understand your point. I am holding this in the hope of success, which will mean a materially higher share price.

Instead however of putting even more money in now, I will take up the CR and free oppies - provide the company the money it needs to move forward, and have a free swing at more shares in the case of success. I know I could acquire the same shares for a 10% discount, but would miss the 50% extra shares for 48c. If this is successful, you will wish to have oppies at 48c.

For all the comments and complaints re the dilution etc, and yes it has been far from perfect, but the next raise will exclude existing holders in my opinion. This is the reason that companies go the insto path. not fair on the loyal holders, but who could be bothered with the hassle especially when the shareholders don't come to the party.
