well done. at least you are in at around these levels. It depends on your entitlement. If a material one, buying the additional amount of shares to offset the options foregone could add up to a significant greater outlay in $ terms now, compared to awaiting conversion of the options.
we will all have different thresholds for this, but if you can afford (wish to) pay the whole lot now, it is a good deal on offer in the market
