If someone has the access to the Bloomberg terminal they can calculate the value of the oppies and then we'll know how much lower than the offer price the sp can go while still worth it for the investors to apply for their allocations. I reckon the oppies should worth more than 6 cents, at least, given the very high volatility of the stock price and late expiry date, and the exercise price of not too high, and also the current very low risk free rates.
