That's the record date. If you check the "basis" (if you can see that in your trading program), it is XE - ex entitlement.
@makka is exactly right. It went ex today so all orders were purged before open of order entry this morning. I quite like it when that happens. Gets rid of stale orders and refreshes the order list with new, more relevant orders imo.
