    Do you understand what this means? "to prepare trial applications for submission"

    It does NOT mean prepare another report.

    It means .. go and spend millions of dollars, organise your trials, enrol sick childrn, begin said trials, submit preliminary data for go/nogo decision .. and if "go" six months later submit your results .. so we can decide if you will be worth BILLIONS of dollars in the near future.
