    Any takeover at a 50% premium is fine by me, after 10 years here,a disastrous consolidation, disapointing cap raisings this last one taking the cake, announcements that have not been realised and it would appear no current plan that can be communicated to share holders. . I no longer have confidence in management to carry this thru. We needed a partner.
